Just had an amazing experience with Unique Bath. Met with Joel who was on time, showed up with a full prestation, was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the procedure, go over my options and made me feel at ease with the project I needed. He didn't try to oversell me, their prices were more than reasonable for the this time and market. So reasonable I cancelled all my other appointments for estimates and signed contracts. I am super excited to see the finish product and to post pictures once its done.

Unique Bath<br>In the market to obtain a financial quote to have my bathroom shower retiled and the shower drain unclogged, I was visited by Michael and Maria from Unique Bath. Upon their entrance to my residence, they both introduced themselves and I immediately sensed an air about them that suggested they would provide solutions to my concerns about this project. The knowledge and professionalism in which they showed and demonstrated provided the comfort for me to believe that this was a quality business that had the customer’s best interest at heart. The products presented to me were provided with samples and explanations that covered all of my concerns. I feel they both made painstaking efforts to ensure that I had a through understanding of pricing, financing, and installation. They also assured me that my shower drain issue would be resolved. I felt, because of their attention to detail and the way they presented their business, I should give them my business. So, I agreed to give their company the job. Once the work is completed, I’ll submit a written review of my satisfaction. However, because of Michael and Maria’s professionalism and their expressed care for details in laying out the project, I feel that I am in good hands…stay tuned.

Unique Bath and Design is commitment to great customer service and standing behind their work. Almost 3 years after installation a minor issue occurred. I called the office and spoke with Erica. She was very professional and scheduled, Alex, the installer, to came out to fix the issue. Alex is not only professional and clean but also ensures the job is done thoroughly. The problem was resolved promptly and with no hassle. I highly recommend Unique Bath and Design for their outstanding customer service.

This company has been excellent<br>and accommodating . Best price. Best product. Very knowledgeable representative . Product is 100% better than Bath Fitter. The owner of the company even took his time to speak with my on the phone while the representative was here. I have to have a knee replacement . They will make sure it is done on time. So never in my entire life have I experienced a sales call to my home to evaluate to have my bathrooms redone and have this kind of an amazing outcome. The gentleman his name is Joel. He’s the owner of the company unique bath design came to my home came a little bit early and said he’s always early and then came upstairs. I showed him my situation. He basically took pity on me and kept renegotiating to make the deal better and better and better and better until I felt confident and comfortable to say yes, and he’s even going to help me out with a long-standing issue that has nothing to do with my bathroom and I am so grateful I highly recommend him. I actually already texted a friend and suggested that he come see her renovation that didn’t get completed. And I’m so impressed and very grateful and I highly recommend this gentleman and his company. His wife is amazing too. She’s the one who schedules the appointments and helps with figuring out the financing.

We had a great experience with Unique Bath, from the day they walked into my home the consultant was very knowledgeable, and they did the best to help us out with our shower problem. We were a little doubtful about the acrylic, but it looks fantastic now! I'm having my other 2 bathrooms with them too! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Definitely recommend!

We are planning to do a bathroom remodel and had contacted several contractors to give us quotes. We decided to go with Unique Bath Design due to the knowledge and professionalism that Michael Gomez provided. They also provide a lifetime warranty on their products and installation. I contacted Unique Bath Design on Monday to request an in-home estimate for a bathroom remodel. On Thursday, that same week, I had the pleasure of meeting Victor Robles, Sales Consultant, who was extremely patient answering all of my questions and gave good design suggestions. He was very knowledgeable and gave an excellent presentation of their products and services. Victor went above and beyond to make sure that I got the best price for the job.
